The survey was “opt-in” and 1,658 compliance professionals participated, representing 1,370 unique organizations.

This survey focuses on the personal work responsibilities of in-house counsel who practice in the areas of compliance, ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR), exploring the ways in which in-house counsel define their roles and responsibilities with these areas.
