Timothy Erblich
President
Timothy Erblich is President of Corpedia, An NYSE Euronext Company. In this capacity, Mr. Erblich is tasked with leading the overall growth and revenue of the business as well as charting strategy.
Prior to leading Corpedia, Mr. Erblich also served as Executive Vice President of the Ethisphere Institute.
Prior to joining Ethisphere, Mr. Erblich spent more than twenty years in various executive leadership roles at Thomson Legal & Regulatory, now Thomson-Reuters. This included most recently efforts leading to serve the AMLAW 100 across the Thomson North American Legal Business. With the acquisition of West by Thomson, Mr. Erblich was asked to lead the strategy and development of the Corporate Market. During this time Mr. Erblich developed an alliance with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and was a frequent speaker at local and national ACC conferences. Mr. Erblich also previously served at Thomson Tax and Accounting where he led the group serving global professional services firms and established alliances with PwC, KPMG as well as AICPA, Tax Executives Institute, and the ABA, among others.
Mr. Erblich frequently speaks at industry events and has presented on many topics relating to governance, ethics, and compliance issues. Most recently, Mr. Erblich was a speaker at the 2012, 2011, and 2010 Ethisphere-Thomson-Reuters Global Ethics Summit. In addition, he recently appeared at the NYSE’s This Week in the Board Room and was a contributor to the Board Governance series.
Mr. Erblich graduated from the University of Arizona. He also participated in the Thomson Executive leadership development program in partnership with Columbia.

Timothy McCrae
Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President Operations
As Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President Operations, Mr. McCrae is responsible for managing and directing all activities relating to finance, accounting, tax, audit, facilities, and human resources. Mr. McCrae’s expanded role as the head of Operations includes management and oversight of the Client Services, Courseware Development, and Technology organizations. Mr. McCrae brings more than 20 years of experience to his position in working with various technology and software companies at which he focused on raising capital, mergers & acquisitions, integrations, rapid growth & downsizing, carve-out audits, and start-up related activities.
Prior to joining Corpedia, Mr. McCrae held several key senior financial roles including CFO of AFS Technologies, a provider of ERP software to the food and beverage industry; Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Thomson NETg, an e-learning technology company based in Arizona; and Vice President of Finance and Accounting for KnowledgeNet, Inc., an e-learning technology company based in Arizona.
Mr. McCrae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Finance. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. McCrae also was honored by having his board of directors reporting package selected by the Harvard Business School to be included as a case study in one of its courses.

Erica Salmon Byrne
Executive Vice President, Compliance & Governance Solutions
Erica Salmon Byrne serves as the Executive Vice President of Compliance & Governance Solutions for Corpedia, Inc., an NYSE Euronext Company, a leading ethics, compliance, and risk assessment consulting company and licensed credentialing partner of the Ethisphere Institute. Ms. Salmon Byrne works closely with Corpedia’s varied clients in addressing their compliance needs, including evaluating compliance programs against the hallmarks laid out in the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines and drafting training programs.
Prior to joining Corpedia, Ms. Salmon Byrne practiced with DLA Piper in Washington, DC, where she focused in the areas of internal investigations, enforcement actions, government audits, and international law. Ms. Salmon Byrne has advocated on behalf of clients in front of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and the Northern District of Georgia, the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and the House of Representatives’ Permanent Subcommittee’ for Oversight and Investigations. In addition, she assisted multinational companies in complying with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and U.S. Export Controls.
Ms. Salmon Byrne received a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University, a Master of Arts degree with Highest Distinction from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center. Ms. Salmon Byrne is currently serving as adjunct faculty, teaching business ethics in the Department of Business Ethics and Legal Studies in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, a department ranked the top three in the world by the Wall Street Journal for teaching ethics.

Gary F. Shomo
Executive Vice President, Sales
In this capacity, Mr. Shomo is responsible for growing the overall revenue of the businesses, managing the field and inside sales organizations, and sales operations. As a member of the executive team, he is also a contributor to the general operation of the organizations as well as the overall operating strategy.
Prior to joining Corpedia, Mr. Shomo ran the sales and client services organizations for the eLearning leaders Thomson NETg and Skillsoft Corporation. Additionally, he has more than 25 years of executive sales and general management experience with corporations such as Convergys Corporation, R.R. Donnelley & Sons, TRW, and Dun & Bradstreet.
Mr. Shomo graduated from Bowling Green State University. He has also earned significant progress towards his MBA at Xavier University and been involved in various executive leadership development programs at Harvard University, University of Chicago, and Northwestern University.
