Code of Conduct Solution Set:
The framework of an organization’s ethics and compliance program is its code of conduct. The code not only communicates an organization’s expectations, but also reinforces the essential practices, behavior, ethics and business standards for all individuals who represent it. Without a strong code that clearly sets forth behavioral expectations, it can be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to build out and enforce other compliance systems that comprise an “effective compliance and ethics program” as required by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Additionally, an effective code serves as the primary means by which your organization communicates its core values—not only to employees, but also to vendors, agents, partners, shareholders and other stakeholders who interface with your organization. Corpedia offers CELC member companies a wide range of code services to help organizations, such as:

Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Solution Set
There has never been greater scrutiny or enforcement of the FCPA (and similar anti-bribery conventions in place around the world) than now. It is vital that employees in global organizations, especially those in high risk positions, are well educated on the company’s anti-corruption commitment. Furthermore, compliance programs for companies with an international presence need to have policies and procedures in place that deal directly with anti-corruption.
Corpedia offers CELC member companies the following services to ensure compliance with the FCPA and other global anti-corruption laws.
- FCPA Diagnostic
- FCPA In-Depth Review
- FCPA Training
